Most notably, she sided with Democrats in advocating for an extension of Affordable Care Act subsidies during the government shutdown.
In an interview, Greene asserted her independence, stating, 'I'm not a blind slave to the president... I serve in Congress, and I'm elected by my district.' She emphasized that her election didn't rely on Trump's endorsement, allowing her to maintain an independent stance as a Republican.
